The editorial team guarantees that this personal data will be treated with strict confidentiality, will not be made available for any other purpose, and will never be shared with third parties. This policy applies to all registered users, including authors, peer reviewers, and readers. Additionally, public Open Researcher and Contributor Identifiers (ORCID iDs) may be displayed on the website alongside the names of the Editorial Board members and published authors to ensure academic transparency, research integrity, and correct professional attribution. The legal basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest in managing a peer-reviewed academic publication and, where applicable, the explicit consent provided by users upon registration.

For published authors and members of the editorial team, public metadata—including names, institutional affiliations, ORCID iDs, and publication-associated contact details—will be retained indefinitely to maintain the permanent, public integrity, historical records, and community engagement of the academic publication. For reviewers and readers, records of your personal information will be stored securely within our editorial system and will only be kept for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfil editorial purposes or to comply with any statutory or regulatory obligations, until the user requests its removal or unregisters from the platform. 

4. Your Rights and Regulatory Compliance
